Hi, I’m Cait 👋🏻

I run Your Progress Matters as a one-person practice because your body deserves personal, focused care. Every session is shaped around your injuries, your pace, and your goals, helping you move more freely, reduce pain, and feel more comfortable in everyday life.

My approach comes from my own journey overcoming back pain and sports injuries, leading me to combine Yoga, Pilates, and Massage to release tension, build strength, and support long-term movement. Sessions are available in my Leyton studio, at your home, or in group classes, always tailored to you.

“Cait warmly welcomed me on a cold winter evening. The massage room was comfortable and cosy. I'd been dealing with lower-back pain, and the treatment genuinely helped get me back on track. A beautiful, restorative experience overall, would definitely recommend!"
