Refund Policy
At Your Progress Matters, time and sessions are reserved specifically for you. This policy outlines how refunds and rescheduling are handled.
Cancellations and Refunds
Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and may be charged in full.
Packages and Prepaid Sessions
Packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used. Unused sessions within a package must be used within the stated time period. Expired sessions are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Your Progress Matters.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Refunds or discounts are not provided for reduced session time.
Missed Appointments
Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
At-Home Sessions
If access is not possible at the agreed time or location, the session may be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full.
Service Issues
If you are unhappy with your session, please raise this as soon as possible so it can be addressed. Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered where appropriate.
