By booking or attending any service provided by Your Progress Matters, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Your Progress Matters offers:

Massage therapy treatments carried out in a designated treatment room within the practitioner’s home

Yoga and Pilates classes delivered at external venues
All services are provided for wellbeing, relaxation, and general fitness purposes only and do not replace medical advice or treatment.
2. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance

Payment is required prior to or at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
3. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full
-
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in fee
4. Health & Medical Information

Clients are responsible for informing the instructor/therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or changes to health prior to sessions

It is the client’s responsibility to seek medical clearance where appropriate
-
Your Progress Matters reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe
5. Participation in Exercise Classes

Participation in yoga and Pilates classes is at your own risk

You agree to work within your own limits and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

Modifications will be offered where possible, but clients remain responsible for their own wellbeing
6. Massage Therapy at Home Location

Massage treatments are provided in a private treatment room within the practitioner’s home

Clear professional boundaries are maintained at all times
-
Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment still due
7. External Venues

Yoga and Pilates classes take place at third-party venues
-
Your Progress Matters is not responsible for venue facilities, parking, or belongings left unattended

Clients must follow venue rules and guidelines
8. Liability

Your Progress Matters is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after sessions, except where caused by proven negligence

Clients participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for their own health and safety
9. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for further details.
10. Changes to Terms
Your Progress Matters reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be displayed on the website.
