Hi, I’m Cait, the founder and sole practitioner of YPM.

I created this practice because I believe everyone deserves personal, focused care. Not a generic, one-size-fits-all approach.

Your body tells the story of your life, your work, hobbies, stress, injuries, and achievements. My mission is simple: help you feel stronger, calmer, and more supported in your body.

Whether it’s Yoga, Pilates, or Massage, every session is tailored to you. I work with your unique needs to help release tension, strengthen weak areas, improve posture, and restore balance, so, your body moves with ease and feels at home in your life.

I combine three complementary services to give holistic, one-on-one care:

1 / Whole-body focus

Every session looks at your body as a connected system. Our three pillars help target and reduce pain in the body whilst correcting alignment and increasing overall strength. Helping you feel stronger, pain free and more confident! 

2 / Tailored to your life

Your mood, work, hobbies, and lifestyle and even menstrual cycle help shape every session. This isn’t about hitting high intensity cardio - this is about creating a consistent space every week to work on progressing your body in a positive way forward in whatever way we can that day! 

3 / Long-term progress

Relief matters, but lasting strength, mobility, and reduced pain are the real goal. I focus on correct movement and posture as priority in every session. 

4 / Human touch

I personally guide every session, no corporate machines, no rushed appointments.  Future proofing of your joints/ fascia and muscle architecture are my top priority. We go at the appropriate speed with control and focus as our priority! 

Qualifications & Expertise

I have been in the health and fitness sector for several years and bring a wide range of qualifications and experience to ensure your sessions are safe, effective, and professional. I have a passion for anatomy and physiology and use every client as a method to delve deeper in to this field of study.
